Jun 29, 2014 · Had a 2009 FX35 which had a bad brake light (replaced under warranty), and had the transmission reflash done (no problems afterwards), and a 2012 FX50 with no issues whatsoever. In fact, I have not seen any consistent problems with the 2nd generation other than issues with the transmission shifting (cured by the reflash). 2009 FX35 - intermittent stalling issue finally fixed.
